Successful launch of B2 and iFOBS at SEB Bank

November 24, 2008, Kiev. CS Ltd successfully launched its B2 Banking System and iFOBS e-banking system at SEB Bank (Kiev) following a comprehensive training of the bank’s employees in the systems’ operations.

The migration to the B2 System was performed in preparation to the planned merger of SEB Bank and AB Factorial-Bank. The project ensured compliance with the requirements of the SEB Group (Sweden), the bank’s parent, for the financial reporting and monitoring. For this deployment the iFOBS system underwent significant customizations, including modifications to the user interface to match the bank’s corporate style, setup of SMS and email notifications, introduction of Digipass one-time password generator support, development of a custom credit card support module.

Comprehensive testing was an integral part of the deployment. CS employees organized five test days dedicated to testing of the functional features of the system, system configuration and interfaces, performance, and legacy data migration to B2. During a trial period (November 17-23) all bank clients had an opportunity to test-drive the iFOBS system. Thus today they can fully appreciate the advantages of the new systems, use their functionality and receive even more efficient service from SEB Bank.
