The shareholders of TAS-INVESTBANK summed up 2006 and allocated profit

At Assembly of shareholders of «TAS-INVESTBANK» Closed Joint-Stock Company held on May 22, participants summed up activity of the bank for 2006 and allocated profit of the bank.

Shareholders also stated the report for 2006 made by the Board of the bank and auditing committee.

The annual report of bank was ratified with the followings financial indexes: currency of balance is UAH 8 059 thousands, profit of the bank for 2006 is UAH 22 489 thousands.

Profit of the bank for 2006 is allocated as follows: more than 5% of balance profit (UAH 1 157 087) is directed to the surplus fund of the bank, and the rest 95% (UAH 21 332 308 ) remained not allocated before the following decisions made by the Assembly of shareholders.
