Shareholders of the CJSC “SWEDBANK INVEST” increased the bank’s Authorized Capital Fund on 151 mln. uah.

At the General Shareholder’s meeting of CJSC “SWEDBANK INVEST”, that took place on February, 05, 2008, by the shareholders have been approved a decision to increase the bank’s Authorized Capital Fund on 151 478 600 uah. or by 65,7% in relation to registered by the National Bank of Ukraine.

After state registration of the appropriate changes to the Bank’s Articles of Association, the Authorized Capital Fund of the CJSC “SWEDBANK INVEST” will amount to 381 997 000 uah.

Additionally issued 5 278 of common registered shares of the bank of a face value 28 700 uah. each.

Currently the Authorized Capital Fund of the CJSC “SWEDBANK INVEST” will amount to 230 518 400 mln. uah.
